Technical Services

Become a key member of a small cohesive team providing high level pre and post sales technical support for Verivue Content Delivery solutions. Assist Major Service Providers in the design, implementation, and support of their Content Delivery infrastructure both remotely and on site when necessary. Provide timely resolution of complex technical issues reported by Customers, Channel Partners, and Verivue's Sales and Engineering organizations. Characterize product issues and work directly with Development and Sustaining Engineering towards resolution. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills required. Candidates should be well versed in one or more of the following;

  • Linux tools (e.g. vi, grep, bash/perl scripting)
  • CentOS/RHEL
  • IPv4 protocol suite (e.g. ICMP, UDP, TCP)
  • IPv4 networking (switching, routing, and associated protocols)
  • HTTP and Web Caching
  • MPEG TS
  • RTMP and Smooth Streaming technologies (e.g. Microsoft Silverlight, Apple HLS)

Knowledge of Content Delivery Networks (CDN) a plus, 25 - 50% domestic and international travel required.
