James Dolce, Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Jim Dolce is responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of Verivue. Previously, he was Executive Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations for Juniper Networks, where he led the company's global sales, marketing, customer service and partner management. He joined Juniper in July 2002 through the acquisition of Unisphere Networks, where as President and CEO he guided the growth and eventual sale of the company. Before Unisphere, he served as founder and President of Redstone Communications, which he sold to Siemens in 1999. Before Redstone he was Vice President and General Manager of the remote access business unit of Cascade Communications, now Lucent. He joined Cascade in 1996 through the acquisition of Arris Networks, another Massachusetts-based company he founded in 1995. He also founded Promptus Communications in 1989, a manufacturer of digital network access products. He received his BS in electronic computer engineering from the University of Rhode Island.

 
 
 

Mike Hluchyj, Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, Mike Hluchyj is responsible for setting the company's technical direction and promoting ongoing innovation. He was previously CTO for Sonus Networks, a leading provider of voice over IP (VoIP) infrastructure solutions for carriers, which he founded in 1997. Before Sonus, he was Vice President and CTO for Summa Four (acquired by Cisco), a leading supplier of intelligent, programmable switches for use in carrier networks. Prior to that, he was Director of Networking Research at Motorola Codex and on the technical staff at AT&T Bell Laboratories. He is a Fellow of the IEEE and is widely published on subjects such as switching and traffic management in multimedia packet networks. Hluchyj has been awarded 29 U.S. patents. He received his BS degree in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and his Masters and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

 
 
 

Christopher Lawler, Vice President of Engineering

As Vice President of Engineering, Chris Lawler is responsible for managing Verivue's engineering team and guiding the company's technology development. He is most recently from Juniper Networks, where as Vice President IP Edge and Service Management, where he was responsible for the company's highly successful E-series portfolio of IP edge and broadband services routing platforms. Lawler joined Juniper in July 2002 through the acquisition of Unisphere Networks, where he served as Vice President and General Manager of IP Routing. Prior to Unisphere, he served as founder and Vice President of Redstone Communications and as Director of Engineering in the LAN Switching Division of 3Com Corp. Lawler joined 3Com in 1994 through the acquisition of Synernetics Inc., where he was initially Director of Hardware Development, and then later Vice President of Advanced Development. At both Synernetics and 3Com he led product definition and product architecture for a number of successful LAN switch/router products. He received a BS degree in electrical engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

 
 
 

Hank King, Vice President, Sales and Service

Hank King oversees the company's worldwide sales and service organizations. He joined Verivue from Juniper Networks, where he served in a range of sales management assignments, most recently as Vice President, U.S. Service Provider Sales. In this position, he had responsibility for all aspects of Juniper's business with major U.S. Telcos, including Verizon and AT&T. He joined Juniper in July 2002 through the acquisition of Unisphere Networks, where he served as Vice President of Sales, Eastern U.S. Before Unisphere, he held key sales positions at Redstone Communications, Assured Access, Cascade Communications (now Alcatel Lucent) and Xyplex. He received his BS degree in business management from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell and an MBA from Rivier College.

 
 
 

Tom Rosenstein, Vice President of Product Marketing

Tom Rosenstein is responsible for marketing and product management efforts at Verivue and has been actively involved in video on demand (VoD) and related technologies for over 15 years. Prior to joining Verivue, he was Vice President of Product Marketing and Business Development at SeaChange International, where he led efforts for on-demand software applications and new market initiatives in segments such as IPTV and broadband. Previously, he was Director of Business Development for the market leading video editing company Avid Technology, and Business Development Manager for Oracle's interactive television division. Early in his career as an engineer with Digital Equipment Corp., Rosenstein contributed to the early development of VoD and TV commerce services to homes. He holds a BS in electrical and computer engineering from Clarkson University and attended Boston University's School of Management.

 
 
 

Mark Nasiff, Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Mark Nasiff is responsible for all financial aspects of the Company. He joined Verivue from Juniper Networks, where he served as Vice President of Worldwide Sales Processes and Operations and before that as Vice President of Sales Finance. In these roles, he worked closely with Juniper's global sales team, channel partners and customers. He joined Juniper in July 2002 through the acquisition of Unisphere Networks, where he served as CFO. Before Unisphere, he served as Corporate Controller at Dragon Systems-a provider of advanced speech recognition products-and LTX Corporation, a manufacturer of semiconductor test equipment. He received his BS in accountancy from Bentley College and began his career with KPMG, LLP.

 
 
 

Stephen Van Seters, Vice President of Software Development

As Vice President of Software Development, Steve is responsible for Verivue's software design, development and quality assurance. He joined Verivue from Juniper Networks, where he served most recently as Chief Engineer and earlier as Vice President of Software. He joined Juniper in July 2002 through the acquisition of Unisphere Networks, where he served as Vice President of Software Development. Prior to Unisphere, he was founder and Vice President of Redstone Communications and Director of Software Engineering in the LAN Switching Division of 3Com Corp. He joined 3Com in 1994 through the acquisition of Synernetics Inc., where he was Director of Software Development. Before Synernetics, Van Seters managed development of networking products for Prime Computer. Steve received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

 
 
 

Robert Ryan, Vice President of Hardware Development

As Vice President of Hardware Development, Rob Ryan is responsible for Verivue's hardware design, development and verification. He joined Verivue from Enterasys Networks, where he served as Senior Vice President of Core Engineering responsible for all internally developed switching and routing products. He joined Enterasys in April of 2003 through the acquisition of Tenor Networks, where he was a founder and Vice President of Engineering. Prior to Tenor, he was Director of Hardware Development at 3Com in the LAN Switching Division. Before 3Com, he was Director of Hardware Development at Kendall Square Research, a manufacturer of massively parallel computers, and managed the hardware development of VS minicomputers at Wang Laboratories. He has been awarded six US patents, and Ryan received a BS degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University.

 
 
 

Carl Simone, Vice President of Manufacturing

As Vice President of Manufacturing, Carl Simone is responsible for Verivue's manufacturing strategy to optimize new product introduction, supply chain activities and transition to volume production. He joined Verivue from Juniper Networks, where he was Vice President of Manufacturing Operations. He joined Juniper in July 2002 through the acquisition of Unisphere Networks, where he served as Vice President of Manufacturing. Prior to Unisphere, he was Director of Manufacturing for Redstone Communications. Before Redstone he held key manufacturing, engineering and management roles at Ascend, Cascade, Bytex and Raytheon. He holds an MBA from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and a BS in engineering technology from Central New England College of Technology.

 
 
 

Ann Laporte, Vice President of Human Resources

Ann Laporte has served as Verivue's Vice President of Human Resources since October 2007. She joined Verivue from Juniper Networks, were she served as Senior Director, Human Resources for Worldwide Field Operations. In this position she designed and delivered value-added HR programs that resulted in a high-growth global organization with over 2,500 employees. Laporte joined Juniper in July 2002 through the acquisition of Unisphere Networks, where she served as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to Unisphere, she served as Managing Director at Executive Alliance, a human resource consulting firm, and held various human resources positions at Digital Equipment Corporation. She has studied business administration at Boston University.

 
 
 

Santosh Krishnan, Vice President of Product Strategy

As Vice President of Product Strategy, Santosh drives the Company's overall product planning and guides the selection of new development projects by identifying and assessing new markets, applications, technologies and product opportunities. Before Verivue, he was a founder of Invento Networks, a venture-backed broadband wireless equipment company. From 1995 to 2003, he was a research scientist at Bell Labs, where he made several pioneering contributions in the fields of packet switching and wireless systems. He was an architect of the Lucent ATLANTA chipset and the lead architect for an all-IP wireless router. He is published in several prominent networking journals and conferences, and holds four U.S. patents. He holds a Ph.D. with distinction from Columbia University, an MS from SUNY, Buffalo, and a B. Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), all in computer science.

 
 
 

Ganesh Pai, Vice President of Systems Architecture

As Vice President of Systems Architecture, Ganesh is responsible for assuring our current and future architectural direction aligns with customer requirements. He joined the Company from NetDevices, where he was a software architect responsible for various components of the SG Family Services Gateway. Prior to NetDevices, he served as Engineering Manager and Software Architect at Sonus Networks. There he was responsible for the architecture of the PSX Policy Server, Gateway Mobile Switching Center (MSC) and Application Server Platform. Pai received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in electronics and communication engineering from Mangalore University and an MS in computer science from Temple University.
